WHEN SHOULD I MAKE A RESERVATION?

The sooner the better. Early planning ensures product availability. A reservation will confirm the items you need will be available on the day you requested.

 

WHAT IS THE CHARGE FOR PICKUP AND DELIVERY ?

The fee is based on the size of the order, the distance we travel and any out of the ordinary requests.

 

DO YOU SET UP OR TAKE DOUWN ITEMS WHICH ARE DELIVERED?

Services are available for an additional fee but these arrangements must be made in advance. When tents are ordered our staff will set them up and take them down for you.

 

WHAT IS YOUR DAMAGE POLICIES?

1. We will not be responsible for damages to any underground utilities or sprinkler systems.

 

2. Please notify us of any underground or overhead obstructions, prior to staking or setting up equipment. If you are unsure of any obstructions you can contact us first to help you.

 

3.  Any damages accumulated to Party Rentals and Art equipment while in the renters possession will be the renter's responsibility. Full cost of equipment replacement or repair will be charged to the renter.

4.  Party Rentals and Art will not be responsible for damages to grass, or injuries caused by the stakes used to secure tents and inflatables.​
